Health, Safety & Conduct
– Please follow all posted Health and Safety rules.
– Failure to follow rules posted on the day of the event is cause for ejection.
– The use of tobacco and cannabis is strictly prohibited inside all buildings and tents. We also discourage smoking anywhere on the grounds to respect other attendees. Many families join us for this event, and we aim to create a comfortable environment for everyone.
– Unauthorized vending, soliciting, petitioning, and similar activities are not allowed.
Seating & Viewing
– Please refrain from setting up tents, large sun umbrellas, or any items that may obstruct the view of those behind you. A designated area for tents and sun shades will be provided at the back of the audience space.
– You are welcome to stand directly in front of the stage. If you prefer to enjoy the music from your lawn chair without someone blocking your view, consider moving back closer to the sound mix area.
Allowed & Prohibited Items
– Only assistance dogs are allowed on the grounds; no other pets are permitted.
– As per our agreements with the artists, no videotaping or recording of their performances is permitted.
– No coolers or glass of any kind are allowed into the festival grounds.
– Only one unopened liter bottle of water is allowed through the festival gates; all other food and beverages are prohibited.
– You will be required to leave if you enter the festival with your own alcoholic beverages.
Ticketing & Parking
– All ticket sales are non-refundable and final.
– RVs and pop-up tents are not allowed in the festival parking area.
FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY
– Coolers are allowed on FRIDAY ONLY, but please no glass containers.

Lost and Found
– Please note that we are not liable for personal items left on the grounds.
– If you find an item, please turn it into the Artists Merchandise Tent.
– Please check for lost items at the Artists Merchandise Tent.
