Camping Info

  • Campground opens Thursday at noon and closes on Sunday at noon.

  • Camping Registration Desk will be open Thursday noon-4pm, Friday 10am-4pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. You will need to check in with the Registration Desk to obtain your Individual Camping and Festival Admission wristband. If you arrive outside of this window, please visit the Registration Desk as soon as you are able.

  • Each person must purchase an Individual Camping and Festival Admission Ticket to camp for any duration of the weekend. The ticket is valid for the festival and all three days of camping.

  • To camp in anything other than your car or tent, an RV Parking Pass must also be purchased for each RV, 5th wheel, travel trailer, pop up camper, truck camper, camper van, etc. 

  • All RV Sites have power. 30 amp is standard with some 50 amp sites available. The 50 amp sites are reserved for larger units. Please bring necessary electrical adapters and extension cords.

  • Some sites have shared city water connections for direct water hookup. Sites without shared city water will have the ability to fill up their fresh water tank upon arrival.

  • We highly recommend arriving with a full tank of water if you can.

  • There is no Dump Station on site

  • Campground Entrance is located at Maydole Street. 

  • Please follow all Bluesfest Camping Signs and abide by all No Parking Signs.

  • Please refer to the map to see the proper entry point and lineup orientation before gates open

  • RVs are parked in the order they arrive and at the discretion of the camping staff based on size

  • Please arrive with those you would like to camp with. Saving spots is not guaranteed

  • Due to city ordinance no open campfires are allowed. You may have a fire in a self-contained, raised unit designed for that purpose.

  • No Generators.

  • Bathrooms with showers are available on site

  • No dogs allowed with the exception of service dogs.

Camping Information


RVs, travel trailers, 5th wheels, pop-ups, slide in truck campers, camper vans, vehicles over 18 feet and anything in tow must have a Basic or an Enhanced RV site.

All RV sites must be purchased in advance. They will not be sold at the gate.


ALL campers must enter through the Maydole Street Entrance. Please line up in accordance with map directions. Please do not block our neighbor’s driveways.
Signs will be posted. See map below.


RV’s will be placed in the order they arrive in and at the direction of camping staff.

We do try to place the larger RV’s in areas that can accommodate them.

Campers will be allowed access to the campground on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Campgrounds will close on Sunday at noon.

All entry at the discretion of event security.


Due to city ordinance no open campfires are allowed. You may have a fire in a self-contained, raised unit designed for that purpose.

No dogs allowed with the exception of service dogs.

No Generators.

● Does my General Admission Ticket work for Camping? – NO
○ You must purchase a 2 Day or 3 Day Festival Camping Pass to Camp

● Can I upgrade my General Admission Ticket to a Camping Ticket – YES
○ For $35 you can upgrade your General Admission Ticket at the Camping Gate on
the Day of the Festival.
 
● Does an RV Pass get me access to the Festival – No
○ You must purchase a 2 Day or 3 Day Festival Camping Pass to gain access to
the Festival
 
● Can I be a VIP and Camp? – Yes!
○ You can purchase a camping addition to your VIP ticket for $35 for 2 Day
Camping Pass and $55 for 3 Day Camping Pass

● Can I camp with my RV in the regular parking lot? – NO
○ This is strictly prohibited. All RVs must purchase an RV Pass and be parked in
the Campground area
 
● When does Campground Close? – 12pm Sunday August 17th

● Are there showers? – Yes

● Can I camp next to my car or in my car? Yes

○ Purchase a 2 Day or 3 Day Festival Camping Pass
