Buckwheat Zydeco, Jr.
Born on June 21, 1970, in Lafayette, Louisiana, Buckwheat Zydeco Jr. was immersed in zydeco and Creole music from a young age, being the son of zydeco legend Stanley “Buckwheat” Dural, Sr. He grew up just doors away from iconic zydeco figure Clifton Chenier, absorbing the region’s vibrant musical traditions.

Dirty Dozen Brass Band
Celebrating over 45 years since their founding in 1977, the GRAMMY Award-winning New Orleans-based Dirty Dozen Brass Band has taken the traditional foundation of brass band music and incorporated it into a blend of genres, including bebop jazz, funk and R&B/soul. This unique sound, described by the band as a “musical gumbo”, has allowed the Dirty Dozen to tour across five continents and more than thirty countries, record twelve studio albums and collaborate with a range of artists from Modest Mouse to Widespread Panic to Norah Jones. Forty-five plus years later, the Dirty Dozen Brass Band is a world-famous music machine whose name is synonymous with genre-bending romps and high-octane performances.

Robert Randolph
Robert Randolph is a rock-blues pedal steel guitar virtuoso whose music blurs the lines between gospel, rock, blues and soul. Raised in the House of God Church in New Jersey, he first made his mark channeling the ecstatic energy of worship through his instrument – known as his tradition as “Sacred Steel.” Now, with his new album Preacher Kids on Sun Records, Randolph steps into a bold new chapter. Produced by Shooter Jennings, the album features fellow musicians who, like Randolph, are preachers’ kids bridging the church and the secular stage. Recorded in LP and Nashville, the project began as jam sessions that evolved into fully formed songs, retaining the spirit and spontaneity of their origins. Known for his GRAMMY-nominated work with The family Band and collaborations with legends like Eric Clapton, Santana, Norah Jones and Beyonce (on the Grammy-winning Cowboy Carter), Randolph has also earned 13 Emmys for his work in sports broadcasting and created the theme for Amazon Prime’s Thursday Night Football. With Preacher Kids, he returns to his roots while pushing the boundaries of where gospel-inspired music can go next.

Sierra Hull
Sierra Hull is a seven-time IBMA Mandolin Player of the Year and six-time Grammy nominee, one of bluegrass and Americana’s most dynamic voices. Her latest album, A Tip Toe High Wire, her first independent release, highlights her songwriting and instrumental mastery, featuring Béla Fleck, Tim O’Brien, and Aoife O’Donovan. The album is nominated for four GRAMMY Awards, balancing tradition with innovation. Hull has shared stages with Alison Krauss, Eric Clapton, Sturgill Simpson, Slash, and Robert Randolph, and performed on NPR’s Tiny Desk and The Kelly Clarkson Show. She is the first female artist with a Gibson signature mandolin and a Tennessee Governor’s Distinguished Arts Award recipient.

The California Honeydrops
Formed in the subway systems of Oakland, retro-soul outfit The California Honeydrops are an electrifying group that defy convention at every turn. They’ve become a mainstay at festivals including Byron Bay Bluesfest (Australia), Outside Lands, Monterey Jazz, Lightning In A Bottle, and touring with B.B. King, Dr. John, Bonnie Raitt, Buddy Guy, and Allen Toussaint. Led by the enigmatic and energetic frontman, Lech Wierzynski, and percussionist Benjamin Malament, each member of the band is a virtuoso in their own rite — Yanos “Johnny Bones” Lustig on saxophone, Lorenzo Loera on keyboards/guitar, Beaumont Beaullieu on drums, Miles Blackwell on bass, and regularly accompanied by Oliver Tuttle on trombone, Leon Cotter on saxophone/clarinet, and Miles Lyons on trombone/sousaphone — navigating through a vast repertoire of original songs and timeless classics every night. But what truly sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to the art of improvisation – a skill so finely honed that they have completely abandoned the use of set lists and no two shows are ever the same. Off stage, their music has been streamed more than 200 million times, and placed in a variety of TV and films, including “Dead To Me,” “Alaska Daily,” “Black-ish” and more. Their new album “Redwood Highway” was released August 8, 2025.

Now signed to Dan Auerbach’s Easy Eye Sound, he’s preparing for a new record in 2026 and bringing his electrifying live show to bigger stages every month.

Desoto Tigers Testimony
Desoto Tigers Testimony is returning to Chenango to follow up on their show stopping performance at last years Blues Festival. A blues and roots super group the band is led by the high-octane trio of Damon Fowler on guitar, Jason Ricci on harp and Jonathan “Boogie” Long on guitar. Each is an award-winning artist, together they conjure an energy that is a joy to behold. If you saw them last year, you’re sure to be back for more and if you missed them… well don’t let it happen twice!
